Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your judicial district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
Important: Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Our Policy on Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, iDhani Tools has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
We maintain records of DMCA takedown notices and may use this information to identify repeat infringers. Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices may be subject to termination.
